Shipping & model production

Every model bought via the online store minimaker.com is made to order. When placing an order, the customer orders an individual 3D print of the product.
The production time of an order can take up to 10 business days and may vary depending on the size of the order.
By production we understand 3D printing and postprocessing of the ordered models.
Please note that we need this time in order to guarantee the best quality of the models and of our service.
The order production time mentioned above does not include the shipping times, which are summed up in the following table.
In rare cases production time may be extended.
All models are shipped after curing with UV light and removal of the supports required for a successful print. The models you’ll get are ready for assembly straight away!

All orders are shipped from Poland, so parcels to EU countries are not subject to customs clearance.
